Legal Assistant Manager

What You'll Do

1. Contract Management

  • Draft, review, and revise agreements, and negotiate terms with counterparties as required.

  • Prepare and review legal documents, including Powers of Attorney, correspondence, and general contracts.

  • Record and maintain signed contracts in the Contract Management System on a regular basis.

  • Prepare and submit quarterly reports on contracts and litigation to the Group.

2. Legal Advisory and Research

  • Provide comprehensive legal support to the Legal Manager and relevant departments across a broad range of legal matters.

  • Conduct legal research and deliver written legal opinions as requested.

  • Monitor, interpret, and update changes in laws and regulations applicable to the Company’s business activities.

3. Litigation and External Coordination

  • Coordinate and liaise with external legal counsel to manage ongoing litigation and dispute matters.

4. Compliance and General Duties

  • Comply with Company regulations and all established standard systems.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company.

What You need to be successful

  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or its equivalent

  • Barrister-at-law; Attorney License is a plus.

  • 3–5 years of legal experience from a reputable law firm or as in-house counsel in a leading company.

  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.

  • Strong drafting and legal analysis skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
