LKA Supervisor - Bangkok
Job Summary
- To select, training & coach the frontline sales team and merchandizer team to deliver business objective, be able to lead and develop teamwork
- To grow SPBT company’s business fundamental i.e. Distribution, Visibility to grow market share in the responsible region (Indirect distribution)
- To develop new and fresh strategies to respond to high-volume client concerns and meet budget guidelines
- To develop relations between company and client following details to ensure quick response to identified problems
- To maintain steady in-store visitation frequency to ensure implementation of brand presence, Sales volume, visual roll-out (POSM), OOS, SOS and accurate and competitive price structure.
- To develop promotion campaign with key customer to boost up their sales volume.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee market activities and lead routine sales planning for the entire portfolio
- Set SMART objectives, consistent with overall of Region/Area goals, for each CR team member and FE team member
- Coverage Management: To expand new outlets in area and together manage outlet with CR and FE such as route optimization, Merchandising and execution in stores
- Working along with ASM to develop and ensure route profitability as well as sales growth opportunities as per market needs
- Develop strong relationship with customers within assigned territory
- Ensure team discipline on POS execution standards, including frequent POS checks and monitor execution/ensure understanding of customer’s needs
- Monitoring DA for delivery 100% to customer
- To manage CR for protect company assets (AR, equipment, signage.) within territory
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree on marketing or related field.
- Experience 3-5 years in leading FMCG, or Beverage.
- Competent in selling, negotiation skill, Good coaching, training skills and Handling objection.
- Ability to operate Microsoft office tools: Word, Excel, Power Point. Excel expertise is preferable.
- Enthusiastic and result oriented.
