L&C Specialist, Senior Manager
About your role
The purpose of this position is to propose and develop Learning & Capability processes, policies and programs and ensure consistent delivery of CoE solutions globally and regionally. Continuously create potential improvements and recommendations to better improve P&C solutions for Learning & Capability
What You'll Do
- Accountable for design and delivery of Learning & Capability CoE solutions included specialized service delivery. Deliver Learning programmes into Market and RegionLocalize and manage learning curriculum & materials for countries in-charge, manage local training vendors. Work closely with Suntory Holdings on L&C & Leadership development. Work in global/regional teams to create and deliver consistent and standardized processes and programs with customization for regions and markets
- Partner with representatives from across the organization, including Business Partners and People Excellence teams, to align and monitor CoE solutions delivery and performance within designated market. Work across CoE Specialists and Heads of CoEs to ensure alignment, respond to escalated inquiries that require deep subject matter expertise
- Align Learning & Capability processes and programs to regional and local business priorities, culture and organizational values, obtaining input from multiple resources, rapidly creating potential improvements and recommendations, iteratively testing and refining regional and local HR solutions
- Ensure learning experience from classroom to eLearning and from design to delivery, also conducting onboarding sessions for local and expats, talent development programs, and any other ad hoc.
- Propose, develop and improve CoE processes, policies and framework based on insights analysis, market best practices and inputs from stakeholders
- Partner with talent management manager deliver performance management communication and trainings.

What's in it for you
What You need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR or related discipline
- 7–10 years in L&D, Assistant Manager level or above
- Experience with L&D methods and e learning
- Leverage data and insights with digital mind-set to propose recommendation and improvements
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging learning sessions and effectively transfer knowledge to diverse audiences.
- Collaboration and relationship development with various stakeholders
- Tools and technologies knowledge
