Job Responsibilities
- Expand the customer base by seeking out new restaurants, both local and international brand, through strategic marketing and sales initiatives to captivate customer interest and stay abreast of market trends consistently.
- Manage the current customer base by executing promotional activities to stimulate sales through events, new product launches, and maintaining relationships to impress and engage customers.
- To maximize volume and revenue in designated key accounts by employing fact-based selling methods tailored for the assigned group of customers/key accounts.
- Utilize business trend analysis to develop a growth strategy. Stay updated with restaurant trends and aim to attract newly opened restaurants as our customers.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Finance to calculate P&L for proposals presented to clients, outlining the benefits derived. Work alongside the Marketing team to present new products and campaigns. Additionally, coordinate with MEM to propose sales equipment , such as coolers and postmix machines, and to ensure smooth conversion of new customers.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Good communication (Thai & English)
- Strong decision-making, communication, negotiation, strategic thinking and presentation skills.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience on Key account management.
- Experience with On premise would be an asset.
