IT Application Consultant
Job Summary
- Responsible as Business/IT consultant to drive and implement IT solutions for Sales area including Distributors, and all Frontline executions.
- Perform as Project manager to manage end to end projects including development of project charter, conduct the project steering committee, manage budget, and getting the approval for all key stakeholders.
- Act as the Demand manager to collect the demand from business, prioritise, and plan for the implementation.
- Act as the Portfolio manager to plan, update and communicate to Sales Key Stakholder.
- Work closely with region team on the roll out projects, sharing best practice.
- Be able to manage the OPEX and CAPEX for all applications related to Sales.
Job Responsibilities
• Provide first-line support for users in business applications and escalate issue to second line support if required.
• Maintain system in good performance and/or upgrade to reflect business growth.
• Provide impact analysis and effort estimation for all change requests, and deliver approved one on agreed timeline.
• Ensure IT compliance with corporate governance and best practices.
• Develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external users.
• Provide the sound consultancy to business as the business consultant
• Act as a demand manager to collect demand and plan roadmap accordingly.
• Act as the project manager to manage the small and large scale of projects.
• Manage related third party to deliver the solutions, and sustain solutions.
• Manage tracking the budget VS spending.
• Ensure effective day to day operation, supporting system issues, monitor and enhance the systems.
• Manage incident and problem and perform root cause analysis
Skills and Experience
• Bachelor/Master’s degree in IT or related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant work experiences in software application or database.
• Strong experience in project management, and tools either waterfall or agile
• Has an experience in demand management.
• Has experience in managing vendors.
• Strong experience in Sales digital technologies,
• Experience in FMCG, Distributor management, Frontline execution is plus.
• Knowledge in Dev-Ops model.
• Logical thinking, self-motivated, independent, and willing to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal skills with strong teamwork spirit
• Strong communication in converting IT to Business language.
• Strong communication both of Thai & English
• Experience in software development, ERP, platform solution is plus.
• Has experience in transformation projects is plus.
