IDC Finance Assistant Manager
About your role
IDC Finance Assistant Manager will play a critical role in driving financial delivery by generating high quality and insightful plan and forecasts, analyzing the performance against those plans and proactively working in collaboration with other teams to improve performance.
What You'll Do
1. Budgeting, Forecasting and Financial reporting and analysis per SBFHE BU requirements
- Consolidate inputs and prepare reporting for CLMV countries i.e. mid-month forecast and monthly reporting (Actual & Forecast P&L, other required reports per IDC BU and SBFHE BU)
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, marketing expenses, G&A expenses
- Lead month-end closing process for trade spending, advertising & promotion accruals and overall P&L management with relevant variance analysis.
- Drive quality financial management reports with accuracy and visibility
2. Process Control & Optimization
- Monitor R&C, A&P (ATL and BTL) and G&A Spending in the market.
- Develop and continuously optimize financial processes in the country
- Ensure timely overspending and balance sheet monitoring
Conduct Control Self-Assessment CSA per company’s requirements
What You need to be successful
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related fields.
- 3-5 years of financial/ business partnering/ management working experience.
- Understanding in general accounting and forecasting process. Commercial finance/FP&A experience is an advantage.
- Willing to be hands-on and advanced proficiency in Excel is a must.
- Good communication skill in both Thai and English. Able to manage timeline with good coordination and supportive to business partners.
- Agile, flexible, able to work in a fast-changing environment, strong stakeholder management, able to work under high pressure.
