Head of E-Commerce

About your role

Ensure target achievement of responsible product group(s) including Net Ex-factory sales value and Advertising awareness 

What You'll Do

  • Manage responsible product group(s) to achieve sales with A&P budget and market share targets 
  • Manage e-enabler on a regular basis ensuring the appropriate products’ handling, fulfillment, and last mile delivery service
  • Extensive understanding regarding online key metrics achievement such as traffic, %CR, AOV  
  • Co-ordinate with digital marketing team and advertising agency to create competitive advantages for the responsible product(s)  
  • Provide Pre and Post-event analysis for proper marketing activities 
  • Work with e-enabler to implement and monitor effective A&P spending promotions, fulfillment, and last mile delivery service
  • Analyze sales turnover of product(s) by channel ensuring accuracy information for superior 
  • Review competitors’ strategies as well as competitive product tracking to update competitor information 
  • Regular market visit on-site competitor movement and check customer satisfaction, A&P impact and PG performance including shop in shop decoration
  • Supervise, control and analyze product-related researches in both quantitative and qualitative forms and report to superior 
  • Debrief training courses to concerning parties  
  • Adhere to the company regulations and all implemented standard system  
  • Other responsibilities as per the Company assigned

What You need to be successful

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business administration or related field 

  • At least 5 years’ experience in digital marketing or e-commerce or sales of mass consumer products 

  • Digital savvy and good interpersonal Skill 

  • Creative and analytical thinking 

  • Good presentation and leadership skill 

  • Excellent command of the English language
