Financial Accounting Assistant Manager

Job Summary

To responsible for General Ledger and Reporting both of management and statutory report.

Job Responsibilities

•    Preparing information for month-end book closing and year-end book closing (i.e. accrued expenses, amortized prepaid expenses, payroll) and perform adjustment if it is needed.
•    Perform month-end book closing by ensuring all expenses has been recorded/ accrued properly and completely on time.
•    Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly data for consolidate package (STAT) with commentary by getting data from Hyperion and upload in group intranet.
•    Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliation after month-ended to send to higher lever for review. 
•    Prepare monthly report for CAPEX and coordinate with the project owner to capitalize an asset on time.
•    Ensure AUC is settled to be fixed assets on time and run depreciation at month end.
•    Evaluate and prepare adjustment for the difference between Thai GAAP and IFRS.
•    Assist for the annual budget preparation.
•    Keep record for intercompany charge and issue debit note on monthly basis.
•    Ensure all intercompany transactions have been settled on time
•    Review VAT and Withholding tax detail before submission to Revenue Department 
•    Prepare monthly trade sale report and upload in Hyperion
•    Prepare monthly report for regional and management team (i.e. gain/loss on exchange rate report, hygiene stock report (recondition), fixed overhead report with commentary.
•    Prepare overhead cost in BKK with commentary and provide other ad hoc reports and analysis requested by the direct supervisor.
•    Being responsible for assisting other requirements requested by the direct supervisor.
•    Follow company regulations and all implemented standard system.
•    Other responsibilities as per Company assigned.

Skills and Experience

•    5-7 years experiences in accounting or audit 
•    Computer literate especially MS office (i.e. MS. Excel)
•    Able to work as a team and under pressure
•    Good command of spoken and written in English
•    Strong Analytical and communication skill.
•    Knowledge of computerized accounting/financial systems (SAP, HFM) will be advantage
