Finance Cost Analysis & Productivity Manager - Supply Chain Finance

About your role
This role involves conducting performance reports to support management performance reviews and preparing new product cost analyses to facilitate successful market launches. It also includes leading the productivity agenda in collaboration with cross-functional teams, with a strong focus on supporting the Supply Chain and Procurement team. In addition, the role serves as a business partner to both the Supply Chain department and regional teams, providing financial insights and operational support, while also managing and developing one team member to enhance capabilities and ensure effective delivery of key business objectives.
What You'll Do
Performance Reporting and Management Support - Ensure actual product cost reporting is prepared and communicated effectively to support business reviews and enable data-driven decision-making.
New Product Costing and Market Readiness - Provide explanations on the key cost drivers of new product in comparison with the existing product. Partner closely with R&D, Marketing, Procurement and Supply Chain to ensure new products are launched on time, on budget, and with financial clarity.
Productivity and Cost Optimization - Provide financial governance and accountability for continuous improvement programs.
Strategic Business Partnering
Leadership and People Development - Provide coaching and career development opportunities to build team capabilities and ensure the effective delivery of cost analysis and productivity initiatives.

What's in it for you
What You need to be successful
- Master’s (or) bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- 5-7 years of working experience in Finance (Cost Analysis or FP&A). FMCG experience is an advantage.
- Leadership skills: able to lead subordinates, and partner with cross-functions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering skills.
- Communication skill: Good command of English both written and spoken.
- Computer literacy: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP
- Have a willingness to learn, proactive, flexible to change, and good team player.
