Field Sales Trainer
Job Summary
This position will be responsible for enhancing the skills, performance, and capabilities of the General Trade sales team, including AS&D & DA. This role combines in-field coaching expertise with strategic thinking and planning to develop frontline sales teams and drive business results.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute tailored development plans to address individual and team capability gaps.
- Design and deliver targeted training programs for the GT sales team, focusing on both functional sales skills and soft skills.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, role-plays, and on-the-job training sessions.
- Leverage digital learning platforms to provide ongoing training and skill reinforcement.
- Conduct in-field coaching sessions with frontline sales representatives, focusing on skills such as customer engagement, advisory selling, negotiation, and in-store execution.
- Measure the impact of training and coaching initiatives on sales performance and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Adhere company regulations and all implemented standard system.
- Other responsibilities as per Company assigned.
Skills and Experience
- Experience designing and delivering sales training programs using various methodologies (in-field, classroom, E-Learning).
- In-depth understanding of GT sales operations, including distributor and key account management.
- Expertise in developing tailored coaching plans and delivering actionable feedback.
- Ability to engage diverse audiences and create a dynamic learning environment.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and metrics to assess team performance and training effectiveness.
- Skilled in influencing stakeholders and gaining buy-in for development initiatives.
