Job Responsibilities

  • To define the Field execution strategy with channels insights of total Super Hyper & Local Key Account Customers
  • To lead and recommended right people structure, R&R, and incentive program (if any) that could enabler better business performance, efficiency, and talent retention.
  • To lead and build capability plan for FE Assistant Manager and FE Supervisor for total Super Hyper and Local Key Account
  • To lead Perfect Store execution project with multi-functions team and enablers this project to be execute within the timeline and utilize this project to drive instore execution quality, especially in Super Hyper – ensure capability across tools (Zeen), people, also report and how to turn result to the next S-curve improvement plan
  • To secure excellence in sales field execution of total Super Hyper & Local Key Account Customers.
  • To coordinate with Key Account team and Trade Marketing team, secures in full compliance with brand equities maximized visibility for our brand and enables direct communication to shopper at point of purchase

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in any filed
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales, Perfect Store Management, Field execution, Merchandising from FMCG ,Food & Beverage industry or consumer related product
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Good written and oral English skills
