Job Summary
This position is responsible for managing in store execution assign area to ensure efficiency instore, customer satisfaction while ensuring consistency in standard of measurement.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Supervisor and Brand Health Advisors.
- Coordinate all retail related cross functional teams (Marketing / Trade / Sales Team) to ensure in alignment and collaborative approach.
- Help to develop guidelines and processes to enhance in smooth store operational efficiency.
- Recommend on in store execution, processes and standards ensuring in measurement consistency and improvement.
- Responsible for monitoring and reporting on compliance and competitor activities, and can identify impact or opportunities to commercial team.
- Supervisor Define strategy and plan in managing field execution workforces (placement / routing) and developing organization & people capabilities.
- Closely monitor in Business KPIs (sales, productivity, In-store and Operation standards including staff turn-over and develop measurement action plan to optimize sales comparing to budget set up.
Skills and Experience
- At least 3 years’ experience in sales, commercial or support function.
- At least 1-2 years’ experience leading and managing a team.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly proficiency in Microsoft office especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to work independently, but within a team environment.
- Able to function in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
