Suntory Beverage & Food Thailand Co., Ltd. (SBFT) was established in 1974 when the first factory opened in Nonthaburi Province and expanded production capacity to support the rapid growth and demand for products in the market by building new factories at Laem Chabang Industrial Estate and Pinthong Industrial Estate in Chonburi Province. In 1990, the company became as part of the Suntory Group, which invested heavily in manufacturing technology and brought its own history of innovating healthy beverage, food and supplement products, and bringing them successfully to market.

 

The Ethical Marketing Manager at Suntory Beverage & Food Thailand is responsible for planning and implementing activities to further establish the scientific credential and drive endorsement of our products in the Hospital and Pharmacy channels within Thailand. This includes developing and managing professional relationships with healthcare professionals, including pharmacists, nurses, doctors such as neurologist’s general practitioners, and nutritionists. The role also involves route planning and monitoring a high-performing team of product specialists locally and organizing product marketing activities in Hospitals and Pharmacies to drive endorsements and recommendations from healthcare professionals.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan optimized routes for medical representatives and ensure the execution of the route plan.

  • Seek out and explore opportunities for endorsement and recommendation of both existing and new products in the ethical channel.

  • Ideate, propose, and implement marketing events and product detailing efforts in the ethical channel.

  • Integrate and adapt communication materials from the regional team.

  • Maintain synergy between consumer marketing, trade marketing, and other functions.

  • Coach and manage the product detailing team members.

  • Identify, build, and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments for optimal outcomes.

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the pharmaceutical, nutrition, or health supplement industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a management role. He/she will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English is required.

 

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or MBBS/Degree in Pharmacy, Nutrition, or related sciences.

  • At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, nutrition, or health supplement industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a management role.

  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Result-oriented, strong leadership skills, sales mindset, and well-disciplined.

  • Strong personality with a proactive manner.

  • Experience with neurologists, general practitioners, and nutritionists.

  • Strong command in English.
