Director, SAP Solutions
Job Summary:
Managing SAP team and solutions to support business and organization. Deliver the best outcome from IT for both short- and long-term solution to organization.
Job responsibilities:

Managing Key Stakeholders for both internal and external.

Act as IT Business Partner with Sales, SCM, and Finance to drive project as well to sustain the SAP operation.

Driving the SAP team, think strategically to manage and balance the internal and external team.

Working across IT team to delivery best in class solution to business.

Managing the SAP solution (main) and related third party wherever it’s link to the SAP for both Projects, and Operation
-
Define and evaluate the business cases VS investment for both projects and enhancement.

Ensure the projects delivery in time, meet objective and key benefit with in the defined budget
-
Define the sustainable and simplify solutions to meet the key business challenge on the following module.

Material Management

Sales and Distribution
-
Production Planning and Execution
-
Plant Maintenance and MEM
-
Finance and controlling
-
3rd Party WMS and integrated solution

IBP
-
Concur
-
Driving the initiative idea and providing the short term and long-term roadmap (not limited to SAP)

Driving the SAP digital transformation and automation.

Manage and plan the overall budget for both CAPEX and OPEX.
Skills and Experience:

Passionate in learning, and continuous development new technologies, business knowledge, and customer experience.

Good in communication and understanding of key stakeholders.

Strong in analytical skill, flexible and dare to try different way of working.

Bachelor’s degree required in related field. Master’s degree is a plus
-
7+ years of SAP overall module , and other IT digital transformation as a plus
-
Be able to communicate to team abord.

Understand the FMCG business is plus.

Strong experience in third party management.
-
Strong experience in Project management and Service operation.
