Digital Analytics & CRM Senior Manager

Job Summary

Digital Analytics & CRM Senior Manager will manage the CRM database, drive 1st party data collection and activation, and enhance consumer engagement through the brand’s digital platforms. This role involves collaborating with various departments and external partners to optimize data usage, generate insights, and improve campaign performance.

Job Responsibilities

CRM Planning:
•    Develop CRM annual plan by working closely with the brand to identify opportunities, focus, mechanics and execution plan.
CRM Management:
•    Manage the CRM database, including data structure, data capturing, data analytics, and data usage.
•    Contribute to effective CRM implementation.
•    Coordinate with related departments for CRM system development and implementation.
1st Party Data Management:
•    Drive 1st party data collection, management, and activation via the Consumer Data Platform.
•    Develop a connected data ecosystem to leverage signals from all touchpoints – e.g., GA4, Media, Search Console, correlation with 1P data, data enrichment etc. 
•    Collaborate with brand and media teams to generate consumer insights via owned digital platforms and external media partners.
Consumer Engagement:
•    Enhance consumer engagement through the brand’s website, including optimizing the consumer journey and content strategy (in partnership with relevant roles).
•    Drive continuous 
Collaboration with Media Teams:
•    Collaborate with both media teams and media agency to understand media plans and embed media-driven data points (pixels/Server Side/UTM).
•    Unify audience intelligence across media channels for retargeting and lookalike modelling.
Campaign Management:
•    Create, plan, implement, and monitor acquisition, retention, and win-back campaigns (e.g., loyalty programs) based on customer insights.
•    Aim to deliver incremental sales volume and highest customer satisfaction.
Process and Technology Improvement:
•    Proactively identify, recommend, and implement improvements to organizational processes and technology solutions.
Insight Generation:
Data Analysis and Recommendations:
•    Provide digital data analysis and recommendations to the marketing and cross-functional teams.
•    Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns, identify targets, and ensure message correctness.
Performance Improvement:
•    Continuously improve campaign and program performance.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's in related field.
  • Proven experience in digital data analytics, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Extensive experience with CRM systems and data management.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and technical skills.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
