About your role
This position will lead brand engagement with consumers on social platforms through vibrant, occasion led creative content. This role involves optimizing brand messaging across digital platforms, managing brand assets, and ensuring the creation of high quality content that resonate to consumers in Thailand and IDC Cluster
What You'll Do
- Content led Brand Engagement:
Lead content creation and engagement with consumers on social and digital platforms (brand/unbranded websites, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LINE OA, Loyalty Platform etc.) with vibrant, occasion led creative content to strengthen Brand and Product proposition.
- Content Optimization:
Optimize the key message of brand content on social and digital platforms, leveraging content created to drive full funnel digital marketing where possible.
- Asset Management:
Manage assets for social and digital platforms (brand/unbranded websites, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LINE OA, Loyalty Platform etc.) and oversee the creation, storage, and maintenance of brand assets such as logos, taglines, imagery, and video content.
- Content Strategy:
- Define key themes, messaging, and content types (e.g., articles, videos, social media posts) that reflect and promote the brand.
- Oversee the creation of high quality content that resonates with the target audience, ensuring it adheres to brand voice and guidelines.
- Content Curation:
Curate relevant third party content that can enhance the brand’s credibility and engagement while aligning with overall brand messages.
- Content Calendar Management:
Develop and manage a content calendar that outlines publishing schedules for various platforms.
Ensure timely delivery of content to maximize engagement and relevance
What's in it for you
What You need to be successful
- Proven experience in media&content planning and buying, preferably within the FMCG industry
- Extensive experience with both traditional and digital media channels
- Experience in end-to-end content creation, including both self-produced content and content developed in collaboration with agency partners
- Experience in health and wellness marketing is highly desirable
- Skills:
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
- Proficiency in media planning and analytics tools
- Capability in graphic design, image and video editing tools
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Understanding of health and wellness trends and consumer behaviors
