Cost Analysis & Productivity Executive

Job Summary

• Prepare actual performance report to support Management performance review.
• Prepare new product cost to support new product development launch to market.
• Prepare report and financials data required for Excise Tax Department.
• Business partner with Supply Chain department.
• Act as a team member to support activities under Supply Chain Finance area.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly actual reporting to support the business unit (e.g. monthly KPI Dashboard).
• Conduct product cost estimate for new product launch.
• Prepare monthly report on material inventory movement to Excise Tax Department. Prepare financials data to support new material subjected to Excise tax.
• Support team in terms of cost analysis report and presentation, annual operating plan (annual budget), monthly forecast, and other activities.
• Provide support to Cost Analysis and Productivity Assistant Manager as required.
• Partner with, but not limited to: -
  • Finance and Accounting team
  • Supply Chain team

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 0-3 years of working experience in Finance (cost analysis or FP&A). FMCG experience is an advantage.
• Computer literacy: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP.
• Good command of English.
• Have a willingness to learn, proactive, flexible to change, and good team player.
