Corporate Affairs Administration Executive
Job Summary:
Provides administrative and coordination support across Corporate Affairs (CA) team to ensure efficient operations, policy compliance, and smooth execution of activities.
Job Responsibilities :
- Perform a full spectrum of coordination and administrative duties, including PR & PO processing, Goods Receipt, vendor creation, data entry, document filing, membership subscription and renewal, corporate sponsorship and donation requests, and Gifts & Entertainment in compliance with SOA policies
- Arrange and coordinate the CA team’s monthly budget review, ensuring accuracy and completeness prior to submission to Finance
- Generate management reports and deliver effective presentation; design and develop artwork for internal communication materials as required
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings and events as assigned
- Provide administrative support across the CA team, including Government & Regulatory Affairs, Corporate Communication, CSR, Employee Engagement, and Consumer Communication, to ensure smooth execution of all projects and ongoing activities
- Creatively organize and support CA team engagement initiatives, offsite meetings, and professional training programs
- Maintain sound knowledge of corporate policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to properly assist team members and ensure full adherence
- Perform secretarial and administrative support duties for the VP of Corporate Affairs
- Consistently maintain a high level of professionalism and foster a positive working environment
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the VP of Corporate Affairs
Skills and Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of administrative experience in a multinational company, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Strong coordination, project management, communication, and presentation skills
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint, with the ability to prepare reports and presentations
- Skilled in artwork and visual content development using Canva or other relevant design tools
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, patient, flexible, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism
