About your role
Support the planning, execution, and management of digital platforms for commercial teams. The role ensures operational stability, user satisfaction, and alignment with sales and trade marketing strategies.
SCOPE COVERING: Thailand / Indochina, North Cluster (Taiwan / Hong Kong), South Cluster (Malaysia / Singapore / Indonesia / other markets)
What You'll Do
- Be the trusted technology partner for commercial teams. Build strong relationships with sales, trade marketing, and other commercial stakeholders to understand priorities, define use cases, and translate needs into fit-for-purpose solutions
- Own commercial platform performance. Coordinate day-to-day support, maintenance, troubleshooting, bug fixes, upgrades, and configuration changes to protect business continuity and user experience
- Activate and scale business initiatives. Implement and expand digital solutions that enable targeted, measurable, and increasingly automated customer and consumer engagement
- Connect teams and accelerate delivery. Serve as the link between end users, internal IT teams, regional partners, and vendors to resolve issues and deliver enhancements effectively
- Bring regional capabilities to local markets. Partner with the SBFA Commercial Technology team to adopt best-in-class standards across SBFHE markets, while adapting solutions to evolving local business priorities
- Lead successful deployment and adoption. Coordinate testing, end-user training, documentation, rollout, and change management so new capabilities are understood, used, and valued in the field
- Make sound technology and investment choices. Support vendor evaluation and build clear business justification by balancing capability, cost, budget, scalability, and long-term value
- Strengthen data and platform foundations. Work with master data management and analytics teams to improve data accuracy and enable trusted downstream analysis
- Keep the portfolio future-ready. Promote security, compliance, scalability, and continuous improvement while evaluating relevant technologies and market trends
What's in it for you
What You need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business IT, Engineering, or related.
- 5–7 years of experience in commercial IT
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to connect technology to business outcomes
- Hands-on understanding of commercial processes and platforms, including CRM, distributor management systems, field force solutions, customer engagement tools, marketing technology, and related data ecosystems
- A business-first mindset and the ability to connect commercial ambition with technology
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across markets, functions, and regional or global teams
- Able to balance long-term transformation with immediate business priorities
- Have a clear focus on value creation, user experience, and measurable outcomes
