CoE Partner Total Rewards - Asia

Job Summary

Join Suntory Beverage and Food as a CoE Partner Total Rewards. This role involves proposing and developing Total Rewards processes, policies, and programs to ensure consistent delivery of CoE solutions globally and regionally. The role of CoE Partner, Total Rewards, also continuously creates potential improvements and recommendations to further enhance HR solutions for Total Rewards.

 

The role could be based in Vietnam (VN) or Singapore (SG) as well, depending on where the candidate is located. The role will mainly focus on Thailand (TH) and Vietnam but with the intent to have full Suntory Beverage and Food Asia Pacific coverage.

Job Responsibilities

Total Rewards Services and Processes

  • Accountable for the design and delivery of Total Rewards CoE solutions, including specialized service delivery.
  • Review incentive schemes, conduct job evaluations, update benefits programs, and understand focused countries/regional group compensation & benefits policies and market practices.
  • Work in global/regional teams to create and deliver consistent and standardized processes and programs with customization for regions and markets.
  • Independently and timely execute tasks within Total Rewards processes and manage specialist Reward services and processes.
  • Take responsibility for managing and completing requests to provide high-quality service to employees and colleagues for Total Rewards services with customization for regions and markets where required.

 

Customer Contact

  • Partner with representatives from across the organization, including Business Partners and People Excellence teams, to align and monitor CoE solutions delivery and performance within the designated region.
  • Work with CoE Specialists and Heads of CoEs to ensure alignment and respond to escalated inquiries that require subject matter expertise.

 

Improve Customer Experience and Services

  • Obtain and collate input from multiple sources on potential improvements and refinements in regional and local HR solutions based on alignment of Total Rewards solutions to regional and local business priorities, culture, and organizational values.
  • Propose and develop improvements in CoE processes, policies, and framework based on insights, analysis, market intelligence, and input from stakeholders.

 

Main Complexity/Critical Issues

  • Leading-edge program and solution design to drive the desired culture and behavior required in BU or regional talent priorities.
  • Harmonization and modernization of legacy programs and delivery processes to drive efficiency and ONE Suntory philosophy.

 

Measurements/Outcomes Expected

  • HR customer satisfaction score for Rewards solutions.
  • Employee engagement score at own region/market.
  • Number of proposed recommendations approved and put into practice.
  • Functional effectiveness KPI.

 

 

Skills and Experience

  • Over 10 years of Total Rewards program design and implementation experience (one or all of the compensation, benefits, global mobility components of specialty) in MNC operations regionally or globally. FMCG industry experience is a plus but not a must.
  • Business driver and cultural-driven program ownership.
  • Collaboration and relationship development with various stakeholders.
  • Tools and technologies knowledge (SAP; Employee Central).
  • Leverage data and insights with a digital mindset to propose recommendations and improvements.
