Business Transformation Manager

Job Summary

This role will work closely with the Business Transformation Lead to drive project implementation and execution, liaising with commercial, non-commercial, IT, consultants, and vendors on project requirements. This person will lead the business requirements for the design, testing, and deployment of project delivery in the business transformation area, ensuring continuous process improvement.

Job Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for leading assigned projects or change management tasks for business transformation in both commercial and non-commercial areas, ensuring transparency and visibility of progress. Possess good managerial skills, including strategic thinking, effective communication, and leadership.
• Competent in project management methodologies such as ADKAR and Scrum. Lead weekly or monthly updates on project progress with guidance from the Senior Business Transformation Manager.
• Provide decision-making on execution tasks and propose proper solutions to the Senior Business Transformation Manager when required.
• Support the Senior Business Transformation Manager in steering teams based on business objectives, continuously aligning teams to those objectives in the face of ambiguity and deadlines, with conceptual and practical expertise in their own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.

Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, change management, and process improvement in finance, supply chain, planning, IBP, S&OP processes, or relevant technical/analytical disciplines.
• Proven experience in project delivery, with the ability to handle tight deadlines while maintaining company-wide standards.
• Experienced in supporting Project Managers who lead company projects consisting of cross-functional teams across multiple business functions, providing project progress updates, and completing the project life cycle from implementation to hypercare and follow-up for improvement.
