Business Transformation Lead

Job Responsibilities

·       Lead and support cross functional teams to lead organizational transformation projects, share best practices related to process transformation 

·       Lead and manage process improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.

·       Utilize change management principles, processes, and tools to focus on driving financial and operational results.

·       Design change strategy and assess stakeholder impacts and organizational readiness.

Skills and Experience

·       Degree in Finance/Business Administration or related field, MBA in Finance is desirable

·       8 years of management consulting and finance experience (Consulting firm or FMCG industry experience preferred)

·       Experience with finance functions (analytics, forecasting, core finance), including operating models, supporting organization structures, and process best practices will be preferred
