Suntory Beverage & Food Thailand Co., Ltd. (SBFT) was established in 1974 when the first factory opened in Nonthaburi Province and expanded production capacity to support the rapid growth and demand for products in the market by building new factories at Laem Chabang Industrial Estate and Pinthong Industrial Estate in Chonburi Province. In 1990, the company became as part of the Suntory Group, which invested heavily in manufacturing technology and brought its own history of innovating healthy beverage, food and supplement products, and bringing them successfully to market.

 

The purpose of the role is to lead and identify business development opportunities and account expansion. The role will be responsible to drive revenue targets by increasing company Net Sales through assigned platforms, including TikTok and the Vietnam market, while managing both top-line and bottom-line profitability.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and lead business development opportunities and account expansion, such as TikTok.
  • Lead campaign planning and collaborate closely with eCommerce enablers, eCommerce media, and the Content marketing team to ensure excellent execution.
  • Provide data-driven analysis and insights to drive sales.
  • Build strong relationships with platforms/customers to maximize all onsite assets.
  • Track progress and identify opportunities for improvement through data-driven analysis and insights.
  • Manage and monitor expenses against the allocated budget on a monthly basis.
  • Plan campaigns/promotions on a monthly basis and make weekly adjustments to meet sales targets.
  • Coordinate with trade marketing for pricing strategy and collaborate with the brand and marketing team to set up opportunities, including but not limited to best deals/promotions, premium giveaways, and social media activities to increase awareness and improve conversion rates.
  • Act as a liaison to maintain good relationships with enablers and all potential partners, managing negotiations for campaigns, visibility, and support.
  • Manage eCommerce enablers to deliver sales growth and operational excellence.
  • Optimize stock planning by collaborating closely with supply chain and e-distributor teams to ensure product availability and minimize overstock situations.
  • Partner with the Integrated Brand Experience team, including Digital Marketing and Marketing Communications, to implement a holistic marketing strategy that covers the entire user journey.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualifications.
  • eCommerce experience.
