Business Analytics Executive

About your role

The role is responsible for extracting, consolidating, and delivering accurate sales data and insights to the sales team and cross-functional stakeholders. This includes owning tools, systems, and reports that enable better business planning, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making. The position also serves as the system owner and administrator for key sales-related platforms, ensuring data integrity, process compliance, and continuous improvement. 

What You'll Do

  • Sales Information Management

    • Consolidate and manage internal/external sales data with strong business understanding.
    • Develop and maintain automated reports to enhance data usage across the sales organization.
    • Ensure reporting aligns with sales operations and user requirements.

    Weekly LE File (Thailand & Indochina)

    • Fully own Weekly Latest Estimate (LE): setup, update forecasts, stock, sales offtake, IDC shipment, and trade sales S&OP.
    • Maintain MTD actuals and gather LE updates from KAMs & IDC weekly.
    • Incorporate IDC volume and R&C into Weekly LE.
    • Follow up on promotion plans and update regional MBR/MMF from Finance.

    Stock Dashboard

    • Own stock dashboard: update customer stock (CS team), AS&D stock (RPM system), BHA stock, sales-in, and forecast.
    • Validate CVD-F3M calculations.

    Monthly & Ad-hoc Reports

    • Support monthly sales volume reports for KAMs.
    • Provide SNOP/IOP updates for Finance (DMP/PBI reports).
    • Share last cycle forecast for CS team for estimated sales reports.
    • Maintain Sales Analytic Report (including NSV walk) and Offtake Analytic Report.
    • Track promotions and analyze offtake trends.
    • Maintain Volume Review file for FC BTG + ACT volumes across FY, IOP, AOP, LY.

    Annual Setup

    • Create new files for the new year.
    • Maintain 365 Promotion Calendar, cut-off timelines, and sign-off versions.

    Sales System Ownership

    • Act as System Owner & Administrator for SAP BI, TSP, TPM.
    • Responsibilities include:
      • User access management and compliance.
      • Troubleshooting and issue resolution.
      • System enhancements and process improvements.
      • Training and support for end-users.
      • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across platforms.

What You need to be successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in data entry, data management, or administrative support.
  • Basic understanding of data accuracy and confidentiality principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data tools (SAP BI, TSP, TPM).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prepare and feed accurate sales data for forecasting and reporting purposes.
