Brand Manager - EOC
About your role
Brand Manager leads the strategic development and execution of brand initiatives to drive growth, consumer loyalty, and market leadership. This role involves full ownership of brand planning, product launches, and campaign management in the local market.
What You'll Do
- Lead Brand & Campaign Management
Own and execute total brand strategy and assigned campaigns with excellence, delivering sales, market share, and brand equity targets within A&P budget. - Drive 360° Communication & Activation
Develop and implement integrated communication strategies and full-funnel activation plans across ATL, BTL, digital, and experiential channels. - Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (Creative, Advertising, Design, Digital, Media, Research, Trade Marketing, Sales, Regional, Regulatory, Legal) to ensure timely and successful campaign and product launches. - Campaign Optimization & Agility
Monitor and analyze campaign performance in real time, applying a test-and-learn approach to optimize effectiveness and scale successful initiatives. - Strategic Execution of Brand Plans
Translate strategic intent into actionable marketing mix elements that drive brand growth and consumer preference. - Budget Ownership & ROI Tracking
Manage and control A&P budgets for assigned campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation and measurable return on investment. - Market & Consumer Intelligence
Continuously monitor market dynamics, competitive landscape, and consumer trends to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities. - Entrepreneurial Brand Building
Act as a brand entrepreneur—proactively identifying whitespace opportunities, challenging conventions, and driving innovation to unlock brand potential. - Governance & Compliance
Ensure all marketing activities adhere to company policies, regulatory standards, and operational procedures.
What You need to be successful

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing in FMCG.

Proven success in product launches and campaign execution.

Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.

Experience with digital marketing and data analytics tools.
