About your role
The role oversees Marketing and Innovation as a Manager of Suntory brands (mainly TEA+ portfolio) across the region.
This role is centered around driving the growth and strategic positioning of a brand in the market. This involves a combination of strategic planning, marketing expertise, and leadership to ensure that the brand resonates with its target audience, maintains relevance, and achieves long-term business goals.
What You'll Do
Brand Management

Manage and grow the TEA+ regional brand portfolio, ensuring strong consumer proposition and consistent execution across markets.

Support achievement of sales, penetration, profit, and market share targets through effective brand and portfolio management.

Own core brand communication platforms and support local Business Units in campaign execution aligned with regional guidelines.
New Product Development

Lead innovation and renovation projects for TEA+, including new variants, formats, and packaging.

Translate consumer insights and market trends into relevant, commercially viable innovations.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver NPD projects on time and within scope.
Brand Planning

Deploy regional brand and NPD strategies into annual brand plans aligned with business objectives.

Work with local BU marketing teams to ensure regional strategies are locally relevant and effectively executed.
Budget Control, Daily Report & Administrative

Manage A&M and development budgets with strong cost discipline.

Ensure timely reporting and administrative deliverables.
Track Brand Activities with Local Business Units

Partner closely with Business Units to track brand performance, A&M deployment, and market conditions across the region.
What You need to be successful
Relevant Experience
-
Minimum 5 years of brand or product management experience within a global FMCG environment.

Strong exposure to the Thailand market and/or tea category is a distinct advantage.
Functional Skills

Strong strategic thinking with sound commercial acumen.

Proven ability to derive and apply consumer insights.

Solid project management capability across cross-functional teams.

Good knowledge and hands-on experience in marketing and brand management.
