About your role
This regional leadership role drives the strategic growth and innovation of extended portfolio of Brand's across APAC. You’ll shape brand direction, unlock new market opportunities, and deliver meaningful business impact.
What You'll Do
This role leads the marketing and innovation agenda for Brand's extended portfolio across APAC, driving brand growth and strategic expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute brand strategy to strengthen equity and deliver business results.
Lead the innovation pipeline, including New Product Development (NPD) and regional campaign creation.
Collaborate with cross-functional and market teams to activate brand plans across the region.
Monitor brand activities and manage A&M spend in partnership with local business units.

What You need to be successful
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong experience in brand or product management within global FMCG organizations.
Proven track record in New Product Development (NPD).
Strong commercial acumen and business-oriented mindset.
Core Competencies
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
Skilled in consumer research and applying insights to brand development.
Experienced in managing complex projects across functions and timelines.
Solid understanding of marketing and branding principles.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Effective stakeholder management, especially within matrixed organizations.
