About your role
This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the future of the Health Enrichment category—driving innovation, expanding into new markets, and ensuring the brand portfolio evolves in line with consumer needs and organizational goals.
What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities:
Define Category Vision & Growth Strategy
Lead the development of a long-term strategic roadmap for the Health Enrichment category, encompassing existing brands (e.g., Brand’s and sub-brands) and future brand opportunities.
Develop Brand Playbooks & Guidelines
Create clear, actionable brand frameworks to guide consistent execution across markets and teams.]
Identify and Activate White Space Opportunities
Pinpoint untapped market segments—whether geographic or product-based—and design entry strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional and market teams to bring these strategies to life.
Oversee Direct Business Portfolio
Manage the direct business portfolio, with a primary focus on Thailand, and translate learnings into scalable practices for other markets.

What You need to be successful
Education & Experience
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong experience in brand or product management, ideally within global FMCG organizations.
- Proven ability to navigate large brand portfolios across multiple markets.
- Hands-on experience in New Product Development (NPD).
- Exposure to the Health Enrichment category is a plus, but not required.
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering business results.
