Brand Activation Manager - EOC
About your role
The role focuses heavily on core educative sampling, PR initiatives, key branding events, and on-ground engagement activities that enhance consumer understanding, trial, and conversion. This manager ensures that every activation delivers a strong brand experience while also tracking performance, measuring ROI, and optimizing investments to drive long-term branding and lower brand funnel impact
What You'll Do

Sampling Campaign Management
Design and manage targeted sampling campaigns to drive product trial, awareness, and conversion, ensuring efficient execution and brand consistency. -
Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop and implement the annual event and sampling strategy aligned with brand and marketing objectives, ensuring relevance to consumer needs and business goals.

Consumer Occasion Mapping
Identify key consumer occasions, touch-points, and channels (e.g., retail, festivals, lifestyle events) to maximize brand visibility and engagement.

Operational Excellence
Coordinate logistics, staffing, and distribution plans to ensure smooth and cost-effective execution of sampling and event activities.

Stakeholder & Agency Collaboration
Manage event agencies, vendors, and internal teams to deliver seamless activations, maintaining high standards of brand representation and consumer experience.

Integrated Campaign Alignment
Work closely with Brand, Trade Marketing, Sales, and Digital teams to integrate event and sampling efforts into broader marketing campaigns for maximum impact.

Performance Tracking & ROI Analysis
Track key performance indicators including reach, engagement, trial conversion, and ROI. Analyze post-event data and consumer feedback to identify improvement angles and inform future strategies.

Consumer Insight Collection
Gather customer and consumer insights from activations and market interactions to support product development, messaging refinement, and strategic planning.

Continuous Improvement & Learning Loop
Apply a test-and-learn approach to activation, using data-driven insights to refine execution, scale successful initiatives, and enhance future campaign effectiveness.
What You need to be successful

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, or related field.

5+ years of experience in event marketing, brand activation, or field marketing, preferably in FMCG.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and vendor management abilities.

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during events.
