BHA Trainer

Job Summary

Designing, delivering, and managing training programs for Brand's Health Advisor (BHA) team, focusing on advisory selling skills, building professional trust as advisors, and enhancing personality development.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Capability Development Planning for each level
• Design and deliver Training Program for Brand's Health Advisor (BHA)
• Provide Infileld Coaching & Mentorship to Brand's Health Advisor (BHA)
• Conduct Performance Analysis & Reporting and generate detailed reports to track progress and provide recommend actional improvements
• Ensure strict adherence company regulations and all implemented standard systems
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Expertise in creating and delivering training programs for frontline
• Ability to engage participants through innovative and effective learning methods.
• Ability to use data and insights to identify gaps and propose actionable solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders
• Strong people skills to motivate and inspire the team to excel.
• Proficiency in e-learning tools or certifications in instructional design is a bonus.
