Associate Director / Senior Manager , Brand Marketing - Lipton
About your role
This role will be responsible for driving profitable brands growth via scoping out the opportunities, concept development & testing, campaigns and innovations. The incumbent will support Director Group Brand Marketing in driving brand volume, revenue, share growth agenda and equity building for the brand by scaling up brand. This also includes managing internal cross-functional teams, external creative agencies, partnership with insights & commercialization. Additionally, the incumbent is expected to have a close pulse on consumer trends, competitive activity, category developments and sales information.
What You'll Do
• Support Marketing Manager to develop strategy plan
• Lead on the execution and development of brand plans
• Lead on the communications/branding of the initiatives
• Lead and develop AOP plan to drive business growth and meet business targets.
• Control A&M and designed budget.
• Identify brand opportunity / directions
• Drive impactful local campaigns through working effectively with agencies and partners
• Ensure effective and impactful media impact. Connect with Thai teens through digital marketing.
• Ensure flawless execution of campaigns.
• Control brand A&M and ensure spending effectiveness to support each campaign
• Partner with insights to closely monitor brand equity and ensure robust tracking of key programs.
• Deliver innovation agenda
• Drive NPD project management and implement launch on time
• Provide marketing support to trade & sales team to ensure flawless execution of brand campaign in the marketing place
What You need to be successful
• Solid analytical skills and resilient with ambition to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Digital savvy, agility and have a high flexibility
• End-to-end brand management experience
• Good command of English & Thai
• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration
• Minimum 7 years of working experience in marketing preferably in FMCG brands
