Assistant RTM Manager

About your role

Responsible for driving data-led sales execution and operational efficiency through dashboard automation, AI tools, and RTM initiatives. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing RTM/GT dashboards, delivering strategic insights to frontline teams, and leading report automation with cross-functional collaboration. Additionally, this role transforms Perfect Store execution via AI applications, manages performance databases, and coordinates monthly audits. Supports RTM efficiency by setting sales-out targets, tracking performance recognition programs, and driving GT RTN clearance to achieve AOP goals

What You'll Do

Automation Dashboard and recommendation

  • Design and implement RTM/GT dashboards to enable data-driven sales strategies and KPI alignment.
  • Deliver ad-hoc analytics and strategic recommendations to empower frontline teams in executing priority initiatives.
  • Lead RTM report automation in collaboration with COE and cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Instore execution improvement  

  • Transform the Perfect Store concept into AI-driven tools to support frontline execution and auditing.
  • Optimize AI applications to improve execution efficiency.
  • Manage databases and develop dashboards to generate key recommendations for achieving AOP targets.
  • Coordinate monthly GT Perfect Store audits to ensure consistent execution standards.

RtM efficiency initatives

  • Support AS&D sales-out and route efficiency target setting.
  • Initiate and monitor “Best of” performance criteria (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
  • Drive GT RTN clearance by launching quarterly dashboards and tracking regional action plans to meet AOP RTN targets

What You need to be successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineer, Finance, Business, Marketing or related degree.
  • At least 4-5 years’ experience in sales, commercial support function
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly proficiency in Microsoft office especially in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to work independently, but within a team environment
  • Good in English for business communication
  • Able to function in a fast-paced, dynamic organization
  • Mobility (Travelling 35-50%)
