Assistant Manager, Shopper & Category Insight
About your role
To develop Perfect Store guideline for Categories/ Sub Categories by channels and customers including best in class in-store shopper communications at relevant path to purchase according to shopper insight / data.
What You'll Do
- Identify and analyze category challenges, translating them into targeted business questions for resolution through primary research and data analytics.
- Responsible for realizing Perfect Store guidelines for the category/subcategory in each channel & key customer
- Responsible for aligning Category Channel Plan in AOP with Perfect Store for each category in each channel.
- Responsible for post-evaluation of Perfect Store and using it to initiate and develop annual innovative Perfect Store for the Category/ subcategory in each channel & customer.
- Responsible for building collaborative work with Category/Channel/Account Teams to better understand in-store solution needs & strategies to grow the total category and enable Suntory to maximize our potential with key customers
- Accountable and Responsible for delivering & continuously seeking to improve Perfect Store process and guideline for Suntory categories and brand based on evaluations
- Responsible for ensuring adherence to all company principles, policies, trade terms, safety and local regulations.
