Assistant Manager, SAP (FI, CO, PS)

Job Summary

• To provide SAP-FI/CO/PS and its relevant applications support in day-to-day business operation and initiative in SBF TH & Indochina including SWETH, in line with Suntory Global and Regional direction to its best performance.
• Work closely with SAP COE Lead, Business and Global/Regional IT in Finance Area to ensure SAP-FI/CO/PS and related core applications are efficiently utilized, aligned with local BU expectation, and all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.

Act as Business Partner for SAP Finance Area:
SAP FI: Finance

• Accounts Receivables (FI-AR)
• Accounts Payables (FI-AP), Invoice Verification (MM-LIV)
• Asset Accounting (FI-AA)
• General Ledger Accounting (FI-GL)
• Bank Accounting (FI-BL)
• SAP CO: Controlling
• Cost Element Accounting (OM-CEL)
• Cost Center Accounting (OM-CCA)
• Internal Orders (OM-OPA)
• Product Cost Controlling (PC)
• Profitability Analysis (PA)
• Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
• Material Ledger/Actual Costing (ML/AC)
• SAP PS: Project System
• Integration of FICOPS with other SAP Modules
• Integration of FICOPS with other applications outside SAP e.g., Bank Application, Trade Spend Planning (TSP), APA-KOFAX, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), TPM Kantar and Coupa.

1. Act as SAP Finance domain (SAP-FI/CO/PS) expert to provide technical solution and evaluate solution provided by 3rd party service provider.
2. Perform feasibility studies and prepare proposals, including business cases for Finance domain (SAP-FI/CO/PS).
3. Ensure application support process and procedure are followed and comply with defined service level agreement.
4. Establish and maintain business partner relationship with Finance Key Stakeholders for both internal and external BU.
5. Be a gatekeeper for all SAP finance integration with other application.
6. Lead change management for SAP-FI/CO/PS related.
7. Initiate improvement/new idea to support business operation and SAP User knowledge in their domain (not limited to SAP).
8. Support SAP digital transformation and automation. 
    

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's and/or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Management, Accounting, Statistic or MBA.
• At least 5 years’ experience in SAP Implementation and Support (ECC and S4HANA/ Fiori with global template/rollout concept is preferable).
• Knowledgeable in SAP-FI and SAP-CO both configuration and business process (having SAP-PS experience is a plus).
• Experience in design and build integration between SAP-FI/CO/PS with relevant applications e.g., Bank, Business Consolidation software, KOFAX, RPA.
• Intermediate knowledge in writing functional specification, debug and understand ABAP Language is a plus.
• Understanding CPG, FMCG or Foods and Beverages Industry Business is preferable.
• Deep understanding in one or more business operations domain (finance, supply chain, sales and logistics, procurement, manufacturing, engineering asset management)
• Understanding of Enterprise and IT organizational goals and objectives.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead adoption and sustainment of change.
• Ability to drive execution across various departmental and regional stakeholder groups.
• Organized, the ability to handle the pressure of tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Able to travel upcountry and overseas.
