Assistant Manager, Rebate and Commission

Job Summary :

Responsible for the accurate and timely reporting, accrual, and settlement of R&C transaction for Sales customers as assigned channel.

Job Responsibilities :

R&C operations, accounting and reporting:
•    Maintain of MT sales condition term list (On/Off Invoice) and uploading into TPM
•    Verify and prepare monthly TT & OP R&C accrual for uploading into SAP (TSM)
•    Daily R&C accrual monitoring in TPM is accurate
•    Prepare and submit monthly rebate agreement report to sales and follow up accrue long age items
•    Prepare details of R&C accounts breakdown and reconciliation
•    Maintain close / reversal accrual in TSM (SAP)

R&C analysis
•    Provide raw data to supervisor for R&C analysis and support on information related to R&C
•    Prepare BW report pre-allocation to support Net Revenue by Brand

System Process & Control:
•    Checking for accuracy of key promotion set up in DMS
•    Checking completeness of authorization for shop type change in DMS
•    Monitoring R&C accrual in TPM interface to SAP is accurate and complete.
•    A first contact point with Sales team and RGM team to provide sales information, rebate, and confirmation
•    Ensure smooth and timely complete activities related to month end closing, detail breakdown and reconciliation

Skills and Experience :

•    Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting
•    5 years relevant experience or more
•    SAP and TPM knowledge & Advanced Microsoft office skills
•    Good communication skills
•    Ability to focus on detail and to work under pressure and tight timeline
•    Business partnering mindset to work effectively with cross functions
