About your role

What You'll Do

• Support for BPs, PPs, and COEs for operations & transactions excellence 
• Partner with Sales and other departments to manage endtoend employee journey including employment contracts, letters, benefits administration, and disciplinary actions. 
• Ensure accurate and timely HR support aligned with company policies, local regulations, and service expectations. 
• Optimize, document, and standardize key HR processes to ensure clarity, efficiency, and compliance. 
• Establish and monitor governance frameworks, workflows, and service-level agreements (SLAs). 
• Map and continuously refine employee journeys across the lifecycle (onboarding, development, performance, recognition, and exit). 
• Support initiatives that strengthen company culture, engagement, inclusion, and employee well-being. 
• Partner with stakeholders to design programs that reinforce a positive and high-performance environment. 
• Ensure Global projects and ensure deliverables to meet objectives, timelines, and quality standards. 
• Monitor project progress, risks, and outcomes; analyze impact and opportunities for improvement. 
• Provide clear, data-driven reports to  stakeholders   SPBT
