About your role
What You'll Do
- Support for BPs, PPs, and COEs for operations & transactions excellence
- Partner with Sales and other departments to manage endtoend employee journey including employment contracts, letters, benefits administration, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure accurate and timely HR support aligned with company policies, local regulations, and service expectations.
- Optimize, document, and standardize key HR processes to ensure clarity, efficiency, and compliance.
- Establish and monitor governance frameworks, workflows, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Map and continuously refine employee journeys across the lifecycle (onboarding, development, performance, recognition, and exit).
- Support initiatives that strengthen company culture, engagement, inclusion, and employee well-being.
- Partner with stakeholders to design programs that reinforce a positive and high-performance environment.
- Ensure Global projects and ensure deliverables to meet objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and outcomes; analyze impact and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide clear, data-driven reports to stakeholders SPBT
