Assistant Manager, Key Account

About your role
The Assistant Manager, Key Account is responsible for driving new business growth and strengthening PepsiCo's presence across the Hotel, Airlines, Lounge and Airport channels. This role owns the full new-business lifecycle from identifying and acquiring new customers, to building long-term account strategies, negotiating commercial proposals, and ensuring a smooth transition of newly acquired accounts into steady-state management.
What You'll Do
- Acquire new customers and identify new business opportunities across both existing and new channels within Hotel, Airlines, Lounge and Airport.
- Identify new business opportunities in the market and develop strategic plans for account acquisition.
- Prepare and maintain a 3–5 year new business pipeline across the Hotel | Airlines | Lounge | Airport channels.
- Initiate long-term strategic account imperatives and develop commercial proposals for the acquiring process.
- Support the Team Leader in annual D&A planning for new business.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and leverage PepsiCo properties to build profitable deals for new accounts.
- Plan post-mix machine deployment and work with MEM to ensure smooth conversion for new customers.
- Work with the Legal team to develop contracts and complete the signing process on time.
- Manage newly acquired accounts for at least 6 months to ensure PepsiCo delivers on all commitments made during pitching, and ensure smooth transition to KAM/KAE.

What You need to be successful
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, key account management, or business development.
- Experience in FMCG / Beverages within Hotel, Airlines, Lounge or Airport channels is preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
