About your role
What You'll Do
- Negotiate commercial agreements with modern trade buying/leasing teams at department store group level, covering all food court formats – including annual terms, investment, volume commitments, and space/listing decisions
- Develop and implement Joint Business Plans (JBP) for assigned accounts with clear revenue targets, volume forecasts, and activation calendars
- Design and execute co-promotional campaigns with food court operators to drive consumer trial, beverage attachment, and sales volume growth
- Manage pricing strategy, commercial investment (D&A), and discount framework within delegated authority to optimize profitability
- Coordinate with the MEM team to ensure timely post-mix installation and efficient ongoing operation across all outlets
- Conduct regular outlet visits to monitor brand presence, product availability, cooler compliance, and planogram adherence; resolve distribution voids promptly
- Track and report competitor activity within food court and AFH environments to support strategic response
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments in coordination with the Finance team
- Provide after-sales support including complaint resolution, product replenishment coordination, and service standard maintenance

What You need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in key account management, modern trade, or AFH sales
- Prior exposure to food court, QSR, or restaurant channel is a strong advantage
- Experience in FMCG (beverage preferred) sales environment preferred
- Strong commercial negotiation skills with ability to engage modern trade buying/leasing teams
- Analytical and numerate; proficient in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis), Word, and PowerPoint
- Good command of English (written and spoken); Thai fluency essential
- Results-oriented with strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Customer-centric mindset with ability to build long-term strategic relationships
- Self-driven, enthusiastic, and comfortable working in a field-based environment
