Assistant Brand Manager - Gifting

What You'll Do
- Assist in managing total brand through flawless execution to achieve sales and market share targets within A&P budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Advertising, Design, Digital, Media, Research, Trade Marketing, Sales, Regional, Regulatory, Legal, etc.) to ensure timely and successful campaigns and product launches.
- Develop and implement communication strategies and 360° activations to promote products and strengthen brand presence.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives and target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making timely adjustments to optimize results.
- Lead assigned marketing campaigns and execute business/brand plans, marketing mix, and strategies to drive growth and market share.
- Manage and control A&P budget for assigned campaigns.
- Periodically review market landscape, brand performance, and consumer trends.
- Comply with company regulations, policies, practices, and standard systems.
What You need to be successful
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in marketing or brand management for mass consumer products.
- Strong drive for results with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
- High mental agility and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Test-and-learn mindset with openness to innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Solid project planning and analytical thinking capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to manage cross-functional collaboration effectively.
