Assistant Brand Manager- EOC

Job Summary

The role involves managing product launches, monitoring performance metrics, ensuring brand consistency, and maintaining relationships with external partners. With a focus on creativity, analysis, and collaboration, Brand Managers drive impactful initiatives that strengthen the brand's identity and competitiveness.

Job Responsibilities

•    Assist in managing total brand, through flawless execution, to achieve business target sales and market share within A&P budget.
•    Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Creative, Advertising, Design, Digital, Media, Research, Trade marketing, Sales, Regional, Regulatory, Legal and etc; to ensure timely and successful campaign & product launches.
•    Develop and implement communication strategies + 360 activation to promote products and brand.
•    Coordinate marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with brand objectives and reach target audiences.
•    Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize results with timely manner.
•    Lead in assigned marketing campaigns & executions of business plan/brand plan, marketing mix and strategies for driving brand growth, and market share; flawlessly.
•    Manage and control A&P budget of assigned marketing campaigns.
•    Periodically monitor and analyze market landscape, brand performance, and consumer trend.
•    Follow company regulations and all implemented standard system.
•    Adhere to company policy, practice and procedure.

Skills and Experience

•    At least 1-2 years’ experience in marketing/brand management of mass consumer products.
•    Strong drive for result.
•    Strong people and mental agility.
•    Strong communication presentation and influencing skill.
•    Obtain test & learn mindset.
•    Has strong ownership.
•    Good project planning and analytical thinking. 
•    Good interpersonal and leadership skills. 
•    Has high agility with good attitude.
