Account Development Executive

About your role

To manage and develop weighted eatery account and on-premises account in responsible portfolio, opening/hunting new customer to become loyalty customer, set target and conduct regular business review with loyalty customer.

What You'll Do

What's in it for you

  • Set account opening/cracking targets and monitor performance
  • Co-ordinate with Route supervisors and manage account cracking and activation done by them
  • Drive cooler placement and ensure timely cooler deployment
  • Oversee smooth handover of cracked accounts to Route supervisors
  • Visit, develop and execute activation program in weighted eatery outlet to deliver company target and maintain status of loyalty customer / exclusive account
  • Manage loyalty program / exclusivity budget to deliver targeted number of exclusive outlet and loyalty outlet.
  • Initiate plan to turn competitors’ customer to SPBT’s customer and propose plan to ADM for approval.
  • Train and work with ADR to crack new stores effectively.
  • Support specific projects as identified by MU/RSM
  • Support data to GTM/TMKT
  • Drive focus brand / pack growth
  • Co-ordinate route restructuring
  • Allocation of POSM in the area of responsibility stated to store properly
  •  Others job in related field

What You need to be successful

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good leadership and initiative skills
  • Fair command of written and spoken English and computer literacy especially excel
  • Good sales skills ideally with prior experience in FMCG, Retail and Eateries. 
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set with “can-do attitude”
  • Good understanding of Sales, Marketing
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Attend to details
  • Self-motivated
  • Good coaching and training skills
  • Can travel upcountry
  • at least 3 years' experience in FMCG
