What You'll Do
Periodically review the list of legal documents and other regulations of the environment; update and promptly deploy new and changed points to the plant.B9:C12B9:C13B9:C14B9:C16B9:C18B13B9:C13B9:C17B9:C18B9:C17B13B9:C13B9:C20
- Update ""Legal compliance questionaire"" and organize self-assessment activities at plants every year on self-compliance.
- Synthesize, report the results, coordinate with the plant to solve, overcome the shortcomings and improve them.
Establish and standardize processes, standards and operating instructions applied at factories; ensure consistency in management and control the compliance:
- The set of environmental standards applied at SPVB
- Operation process of environmental works: WWTP; Automatic environmental monitoring; Environmental incident response works; System of collection, drainage, wastewater; etc.
- Environmental Management Guidelines: waste management; emissions management; environmental contractor management; equipment for analyzing environmental quality; environmental reporting, environmental data management.
- GHG management guidelines, data tracking process
Standardize the environmental management system according to ISO 14001:2015 standard, monitor the implementation process:
- Set up check sheets of standard requirements of the management system
- Standards for building an enforcement board to ensure environmental protection
- Environmental management handbook
- Process of identifying and evaluating aspects of establishing environmental control.
- Nonconformity Management Process
- Process of responding to environmental incidents
- Internal audit process, process control
- Technical processes of the system
* Setting standards, assisting the plants in choosing the best consulting unit, a system certification evaluation unit.
* Participating in internal audits at plants; supporting the plant with solutions to overcome, prevent existence and improve the system.
Develop program and organize cross-audit of environmental management activities between factories by EHS team:
- Develop specific and plans
- Organize training, guide skills for evaluators
- Make a check sheet of contents, requirements and standards for the assessment
- Make assessment reports shared between factories
- Synthesize and monitor the process of remediation and improvement at plants
Organize, monitor, evaluate and check compliance level of plants by independent 3rd parties
Organize training activities, environmental events according to the plan
Control the environmental compliance of factories
Collaborate with plant team & PCU team to manage compliance of environment contractors
Carry out the data collection and reports in accordance with regulation
Leading process to build up the GHG Management according to ISO14064-1

What's in it for you
What You need to be successful
Bachelor’s degree in environmental science or environmental chemistry
At least 3 years’ experience in environment & sustainability related
Strong data analytics & reporting. Good coordinating & influencing & planning skill.
Strong skills in English: speaking, writing, listening, reading & translate technical documents
Excellence in MS Office, AI and other computer tools (if any)
