As a leading beverage manufacturer in the Oceania market, Frucor Suntory has a rich 60-year history, growing from a local juice company to a trans-Tasman beverage leader, known for its iconic range of drinks including V Energy and Suntory BOSS Coffee.   

With our partners at Suntory Global Spirits, we’re embarking on a new chapter of growth to become Suntory Oceania, a new multi-beverage powerhouse across Australia and New Zealand –underpinned by our diverse talent, market-leading brands, quality craftsmanship and a strong sense of purpose.

From mid-2025 in Australia and early 2026 in New Zealand, we will own local manufacturing, sales, and distribution for our full portfolio of alcohol and non-alcohol beverages. By harnessing the best of Suntory from across Australia and New Zealand, we will offer a unique portfolio of over 40 market-leading brands – powered by two local manufacturing sites, five distribution centres and more than 1500 Suntorians.

As a graduate at Suntory Oceania, you will be immersed in a two-year programme where you will gain real experience across a range of teams within our organisation, providing opportunities to stretch the way you think and put your studies into practice while connecting with incredible leaders; all with the aim of creating strong foundations to launch your career.  

There is no average day at Suntory Oceania, so you’ll get to experience working in a dynamic environment and a truly innovative company who place their consumers at the centre of everything they do.   

As part of our graduate programme, you will have the opportunity to work in our Supply Planning, Logistics and Operational Excellence functions. The opportunities in supply chain are endless whether you’re more numbers focussed or you like to be hands on and get in the “gemba” we will help you find your passion.

Our recipe for success includes the following ingredients:

• Be in your final year of undergraduate degree and completing your qualification in 2024
• We have had graduates that have completed all types of degrees in our Supply Chain team - we are eager for someone who has a thirst for learning
• Be a dynamic person who thinks outside the box and is as passionate and hungry about making drinks better as much as we are
• Demonstrated success of applying yourself to your studies and extracurricular activities
• Want to go places, so your ability to lead and influence people will be important
• Have tonnes of initiative and not afraid to get stuck in and give things a go
• Have the ability to apply what you have learnt to provide business opportunities

You'll need to be completing your undergraduate qualification in 2024 to start in January 2025 and you'll also need to be a New Zealand citizen or resident.
