The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Route to Market Analyst to deliver actionable insights that drive efficiency and performance across our RTM operations. This role combines data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and strategic thinking to optimise route planning and support commercial success.

What you'll do:

  • Analyse RTM performance and market trends using data, customer surveys, and in-field insights.
  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards and data visualisations to measure performance against plan.
  • Prepare and circulate quarterly route governance reports with supporting insights.
  • Monitor route performance metrics and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align strategies and ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

About you:

  • Experience in a similar analytical role (FMCG or consumer packaged goods preferred).
  • Strong Power BI development skills and experience creating dashboards.
  • Knowledge of database management and data structures.  
  • Ability to use data to deliver clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Resilient, pragmatic, and logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working in an Agile environment and preparing management reports for stakeholders.
