The Opportunity

The revenue growth analyst will partner closely with sales, marketing and finance to support the delivery of the revenue growth annual plans.

What you’ll be doing

  • Pricing governance - Maintain the pricing governance process including sign-off process and adherence to the guidelines
  • Reporting - Build and maintain reporting that tracks RGM initiatives and KPIs, embedding market level RGM processes & tools
  • Pricing Strategy - Support RGM manager & Head of RGM in design and implementation of Pricing & Promotional strategy including development of annual value plans and budget price delivery.
  • NPD Support - Work closely with the RGM Manager and category team to assist with all NPD shelf and promotion price recommendations
  • Trade Promotion - influence trade promotion strategy, spending and overall trade investment productivity

What's in your toolkit?

  • Experience in commercial finance, revenue growth management analyst role or a commercially minded sales role looking to step into an analyst role. Must have FMCG experience.
  • Ability to use data to provide key insights and tell a story
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and quickly change priorities to meet business needs
  • Ability to partner closely with different areas of the business
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to use data to meet business requirements
