We’re looking for a highly organised, energetic and proactive Reception to be the face and heartbeat of our Auckland office.
This role is currently based in Manukau, with an exciting transition planned to a brand-new, vibrant CBD office—giving you the unique opportunity to help shape the front-of-house experience in a modern, collaborative workplace environment.
You’ll play a critical role in creating a welcoming, professional first impression while ensuring the office runs smoothly behind the scenes. From managing reception and coordinating day-to-day operations, to supporting facilities and working alongside the Office Manager on events and office services—no two days will be the same.
What you’ll be doing
- Delivering a standout front-of-house experience for all visitors, customers and employees
- Managing reception operations including calls, emails, courier services and visitor systems
- Keeping meeting rooms, shared spaces and office facilities organised, stocked and running efficiently
- Coordinating office services, supplier relationships and facilities support
- Supporting internal events, team activities and workplace communications
- Managing office supplies, systems and general administration
- Being the go-to person who keeps everything ticking seamlessly

Experience in reception, office administration or a similar fast-paced environment will set you up for success.
