The Opportunity
As the Route to Market Optimisation Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of a dynamic and scalable Route to Market strategy, driving significant value for our customers and team members. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the creation and execution of an effective, customer-centric strategy focused on value creation. By optimizing our route to market, you will directly impact sales performance, expand market reach, and drive revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with a dedicated analyst to turn our data into insights and our insights into action. You will work seamlessly across various functions to achieve strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop Strategies - Develop RTM (route to market) strategies across markets, channels, portfolios, to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- RTM Implementation - Lead the RTM Implementation agenda to achieve the digitally enabled operating model objectives and goals, ensuring alignment with the business strategy.
- Define Customer Policies - Define, model, and refine customer sales and service policies at the optimal cost to serve (Customer Development, Order Generation, and Delivery/Logistics).
- Partnering - Provide guidance and governance for all RTM processes and procedures, customer database management, and route planning.
- Leadership - leadership by fostering collaborative and transparent relationships with Sales leaders and logistics teams to achieve joint RTM objectives.
- Customer Lifecycle - Define and implement Customer Lifecycle processes, including retention strategies for the sales teams.
