About your role
The Market Quality Technologist drives quality performance of Suntory Oceania in the Trade and operations through links to our Commercial, brand partner and operations teams, carrying out incident management, root cause analysis and system enhancement.
Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract.
What you’ll be doing
- Act in governance for root cause analysis and associated incident processes, adding input and driving solid CAPA.
- Answer consumer and customer quality related queries and manage through to resolution
- Review trade sample reports from our own and partner brands, identify and escalate opportunities for improvement .
- Identify trends and reporting issues and relay this to relevant site managers.
- Ensure root solid cause analysis processes are followed to help prevent future incidents
- Feed into reporting dashboards, reviewing our scorecards, identify and escalate opportunities for improvement.
- Carry out governance review of RCA / CAPA closeouts
About you | Nō hea koe
- A relevant tertiary qualification (Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology) or industry experience
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies - Kaizen / Lean Six Sigma Green Belt qualified
- Experience with executing and managing projects collaboratively with a cross-functional team
- Experience within manufacturing ideally within beverages
- Consumer and customer complaint management experience
- Proven ability to train and coach across all levels of the business
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
