The Opportunity
The Network Operational Planning Manager leads and manages the operational planning function across our manufacturing sites in Australia & New Zealand, ensuring a unified approach to production planning, materials management, and supply chain execution.
To deliver consistent, high-performing outcomes across the network, you will drive alignment in tools, processes, and systems, successfully ensuring a balance in customer service, manufacturing efficiency and cost.

What you’ll be doing:
- Lead, develop, and coach operational planning teams at both sites, setting clear objectives and KPIs.
- Oversee and coordinate short-to medium-term production planning (0–12 months) for in-house manufacturing lines.
- Ensure production plans are aligned with manufacturing capacity, demand forecasts and communicated to all stakeholders across both sites.
- Prepare and present network-wide operational planning reports.
- Lead the standardization and continuous improvement of planning tools, processes, and systems across the Swanbank AU and Wiri, NZ sites.
Experience that you will bring:
As well as a positive can-do attitude you will demonstrate the following:
- Relevant Tertiary qualification.
- Knowledge and experience in Supply Chain Management within an FMCG environment.
- Extensive experience in SAP.
- Managerial and Leadership experience.
