Our market-leading portfolio will have over 40 brands, including Jim Beam® and Maker's Mark® Bourbon, Hibiki® Japanese Whisky, Canadian Club® Whisky, -196, V Energy, Maximus, and Suntory BOSS Coffee. As One Suntory, we will be positioned as the fourth largest beverage player in the region, ready to ignite the category, creating more beverage moments from sunrise to sunset. Together, we will bring the best of Suntory to Oceania.
The Opportunity
As we continue to grow with our Yatte Minahare pioneering spirit we have a newly created role to help support the delivery of Suntory Oceania’s ambitious NPD pipeline across both our licensed and non licensed portfolio.
We are open to this role being based in Sydney, Brisbane or Auckland.
What you'll be doing
- NPD Scoping - Scoping of process options and solutions at a network level for NPD initiatives, including support for capability analysis and capital requirements
- Risk Assessment - Thorough and timely assessment and management of risks associated with NPD and change initiatives.
- Quality First - Support the creation of standards and process documentation to address gaps, ensuring our processes are fit for purpose
- Coaching – Coach relevant stakeholders to ensure they are effectively using our processes
- Change Management – Support the change management process for NPD across Suntory Oceania
- Supply Chain Advocate – Be the advocate for Supply Chain in the NPD project team to ensure all factors are considered in the commercialisation process
What's in your toolkit?
- Hands on experience executing NPD projects in FMCG or similar industry
- Relevant qualification such as food technology, engineering or food science
- Understanding of the regulatory and quality standards for FMCG
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence and coach people at all levels
- Previous experience creating process documentation
- A problem solving mindset with the ability to think outside the box to find creative solutions
